3/10/66 – Singer Edie Brickell is born
Edie would go on to have a Top Ten Hit in 1987 with her group, The New Bohemians, "What I Am"
She would also later marry singer/songwriter Paul Simon ... who has TWO songs on this week's Super Chart ... the former #1 Hit "The Sounds Of Silence" and the still-rising Top Ten Hit "Homeward Bound"
They married in 1992 and had three children together. As of this writing, they are still together, some 34 years later.
