The Chicago Invasion Continues

C'mon ... we had to call it SOMETHING!!!

But it's not that far off ...

This week in 1966, Chicago was represented by

# 9 - The Ides Of March - You Wouldn't Listen

#14 - The Buckinghams - I Call Your Name

#24 - The Cryan' Shames - Sugar And Spice

#30 - The New Colony Six - Cadillac

Also making their mark are The Del-Vets (#32) and Wisconsin's The Robbs with "Race With The Wind" at #16.

Once again, you'll see (and hear) these songs charting right alongside The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, The Mamas and the Papas, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Tommy James and the Shondells, Bob Dylan, Herman's Hermits and all of the other top acts of the day.

The music scene in Chicago burst wide open in 1966 ... as evidenced by these incredible WLS charts!
