Herman's Hermits finally dethrone The Rolling Stones as "I'm Henry The VIII, I Am" slides into the #1 slot after three straight weeks at #2.

Five of the Top 7 tunes have bullets this week:

"What's New Pussycat" by Tom Jones now sits at #2 (up from #3), "Save Your Heart For Me" by Gary Lewis and the Playboys is up two spots to #4, "I Got You Babe" by Sonny Cher continues it's climb toward the top of the charts, vaulting from #19 all the way to #5 this week and Patty Duke's "Don't Just Stand There climbs from #11 to #7.
