The Beatles FINALLY hit #1 with "Help!"
(I don't think anybody expected this kind of competition ... but Sonny and Cher held them at #2 for the past two weeks.)
"Like A Rolling Stone," "You Were On My Mind" and "Eve Of Destruction" continue their Top Ten climb ... and "Hang On Sloopy" makes a huge leap from #40 to #16.
The Dave Clark Five are up 22 places with their latest, "Catch Us If You Can," while Sonny's solo hit, "Laugh At Me" climbs 21 spots to #26.
"I Got You Babe" may have started its descent down the chart but the hot new duo have two other tracks climbing the list ...
"Baby Don't Go" jumps from #59 to #48 and "Just You" is up 25 places from #94 to #69.
It looks like Elvis has another surprise hit ...
"I'm Yours" leaps from #93 to #58. The song is featured in his latest film, "Tickle Me."
And I guess Elvis isn't the only one who likes Charlie Rich's new record ...
"Mohair Sam" is up thirteen spots to #71.
